First coaching call.

Your first coaching session starts with setting up your agent platform — Aaron handles every technical detail so you don't have to. Then you brainstorm what your Wizard starts on: Inbox, Calendar, something else. He builds it while you watch, training you as he works — new capability and self-reliance, delivered in one call.

Month 1, Weeks 2–4

You run it.

You work with your agent to tweak and improve, using the skills Aaron taught you in your coaching session and the Usage Guide he provides. You can talk directly to your agent to make changes in real time — you have full control to make changes. Anything you can't figure out becomes an agenda item for the Month 2 coaching call, or email Aaron any time. Fast movers and rapid adopters can also book extra coaching calls with Aaron any time, to keep the pace whatever you want it to be.

You bring the next area of ownership you want your Wizard to help with. Aaron walks you through how it all gets set up — repeating the same guardrails as the first call: tested first, everything reviewed, and you stay fully up to speed on how, where, and when your Wizard takes action. Every month for your first six months, the cycle repeats: pick the next capability, learn it, put it to work. Your Wizard grows in skills and scope at a pace that matches its past performance — never outpacing your ability to understand it, or its proven ability to do what you actually need it to.

Meet Aaron

I've spent 25+ years building and running technology: internet voice infrastructure in the late '90s, Microsoft at hundreds of millions of users, and eight years running my own IT consulting business here in Seattle.

I've also run my own businesses with my own money, so I know what it means to bet on a tool that has to pay for itself.

I built Resident Wizard to give people their own useful AI system and someone to help them get comfortable with it: real setup, personal guidance, and ongoing support.

Questions

Is Resident Wizard only for businesses?

No. You can use it for personal projects, everyday organization, or business work. We start with the tasks that matter to you. If several people need access—for example, family members or colleagues—we’ll discuss accounts, privacy, and scope before setting that up.

Do I need technical experience?

No. If you can send a text message, you can use this. Setup is done with you, and coaching is in plain English.

What costs extra?

AI access is paid directly to your chosen provider, not Resident Wizard. We help you connect your account and choose the right plan, while you remain in control of the account and spending.

What happens after my first six months of coaching?

You keep everything — your agents, your files, your know-how. What continues is the operating: hosting, maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and your Monthly Wizard Report, all at $200/month. Additional coaching is available separately, and founding members receive monthly coaching for 18 months.

What happens during coaching?

We work on your actual tasks. Bring a real draft, message, plan, or scheduling headache. We’ll make meaningful progress during the hour and leave you with clear next steps. Some tasks may take additional coaching or separately scoped work. Large custom projects, like very large datasets, major migrations, or complex integrations, need separate analysis, scoping, and pricing.

Can this work with my existing tools?

Email, calendar, and messaging can be connected during orientation. Custom platforms, like industry software or a specialized system, need a dedicated analysis first. We look at how they work before connecting anything.

How is my information handled?

Your system keeps its own local memory, so it isn't re-reading everything from scratch each time. Only the prompts and context needed for a given task go to the model provider you chose—the same way a normal Claude or ChatGPT conversation works. Access is limited to the accounts and information agreed during setup. If you have sensitive data that shouldn't leave your machines, we can discuss fully offline local models running on your own hardware.
