Dedicated analysis and implementation for business systems and workflows that do not fit an off-the-shelf connection.
Your own AI system for work and everyday life, set up, hosted, and maintained by Resident Wizard. Each month includes one hour of private, hands-on coaching with founder Aaron Williams, so the system keeps getting more useful for the things you actually do.
Founding customer pricing
$200/month · Setup, hosting, and maintenance by Resident Wizard, plus one hour of private 1:1 coaching with founder Aaron Williams each month. AI usage is billed directly by your chosen provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, so you control the account and spending.
Start with the notes, messages, and documents you already have. Pick an example.
All examples are illustrative.
Your note
"Pat asked about repainting the office. Wants evenings. Need room measurements before quoting. Ask for photos and preferred dates."
Draft reply
"Hi Pat, thanks for asking about repainting your office. Could you send the room measurements, a few photos, and your preferred dates? I'll use those to prepare a quote and check evening availability."
Review the details, make it yours, then send.
These examples are illustrative. The system works from information you provide or deliberately connect. You review drafts and proposed actions. Connections and permissions are agreed during setup.
Three steps, no jargon, with personal coaching from Aaron.
Step 1
We start by choosing one recurring task worth improving: replying to messages, planning your week, or finding answers in your documents. Aaron helps you make that decision during orientation.
Step 2
During orientation, Resident Wizard configures your system and connects your supported AI billing account. You own the account; the setup is handled for you.
Step 3
Monthly coaching and short practical lessons help you shape the system around your routines, at your pace.
Founding customer pricing
$200 /monthReduced launch pricing while we work closely with early customers to shape new products and services.
AI usage is billed separately by your chosen provider. We help you connect your account and choose a starting budget during setup. You can scale usage up or down as your needs change, and you stay in control of the account the whole time.
The monthly plan covers setup, routine maintenance, and one hour of coaching. Shared access, team deployments, and custom integrations need a separate discussion about scope and pricing.
Start with one useful task, then build from there. Your system can grow into agents, workflows, projects, and connected tools shaped around your routines and work.
Every month includes one hour of live, one-on-one coaching with Aaron, working hands-on in your system to add, revise, and improve your specific agents, workflows, and processes.
Set up an email agent with Resident Wizard and tune its drafts and priorities as you use it.
Resident Wizard configures the system around your first use case and sets up an email agent if you want it. During coaching, Aaron shows you how to review and improve the agent’s work. You review every draft and adjust priorities as you learn what works.
Organize the documents and reference information you choose to share, so answers can draw on your own sources.
Choose the documents that matter to you. Source documents stay read-only. Your system can use them for grounded answers, but it cannot change them. Notes it learns from your feedback stay separate.
Bring approved tools and information together around recurring tasks, from planning your week to preparing a customer reply.
You decide which tools and information to connect. Your agents and workflows can prepare a plan or customer reply for review. They do not send messages, change calendars, or act in another person’s account without agreed access and permissions.
Build agents, workflows, and projects around what matters to you, at home or at work.
Connect the tools and information that matter to you. Personal, family, and business projects can need different accounts, permissions, and privacy boundaries. Shared access and custom workflows are scoped before setup.

When the standard path is not enough
Some needs go beyond the monthly plan: shared access for a team, deeper integrations, private hardware, or additional coaching. We scope that work separately so you know what’s included before we start.

A four-hour introduction for your company, using practical examples to show what a well-set-up AI system can do.
I've spent 25+ years building and running technology: internet voice infrastructure in the late '90s, Microsoft at hundreds of millions of users, and eight years running my own IT consulting business here in Seattle.
I've also run my own businesses with my own money, so I know what it means to bet on a tool that has to pay for itself.
I built Resident Wizard to give people their own useful AI system and someone to help them get comfortable with it: real setup, personal guidance, and ongoing support.
No. You can use it for personal projects, everyday organization, or business work. We start with the tasks that matter to you. If several people need access—for example, family members or colleagues—we’ll discuss accounts, privacy, and scope before setting that up.
No. If you can send a text message, you can use this. Setup is done with you, and coaching is in plain English.
AI access is paid directly to your chosen provider, not Resident Wizard. We help you connect your account and choose the right plan, while you remain in control of the account and spending.
We work on your actual tasks. Bring a real draft, message, plan, or scheduling headache. We’ll make meaningful progress during the hour and leave you with clear next steps. Some tasks may take additional coaching or separately scoped work. Large custom projects, like very large datasets, major migrations, or complex integrations, need separate analysis, scoping, and pricing.
Email, calendar, and messaging can be connected during orientation. Custom platforms, like industry software or a specialized system, need a dedicated analysis first. We look at how they work before connecting anything.
Your system keeps its own local memory, so it isn't re-reading everything from scratch each time. Only the prompts and context needed for a given task go to the model provider you chose—the same way a normal Claude or ChatGPT conversation works. Access is limited to the accounts and information agreed during setup. If you have sensitive data that shouldn't leave your machines, we can discuss fully offline local models running on your own hardware.
A short conversation about what’s on your plate, and where your own AI system could help.
