Fully offline local models
If your data shouldn't leave your machines, we can run fully offline local models on custom hardware at your site. Same practical assistance, no cloud dependency.
Air-gapped deployments
For sensitive workloads such as bioinformatics, we deploy a fully air-gapped environment that never touches the internet. Aaron's eight years of biotech IT consulting shaped how seriously this option takes isolation.

On-site introductory workshop
Aaron leads a hands-on, four-hour introductory workshop for your team. You’ll learn what modern AI systems can do, see practical examples, and identify useful ideas to explore afterward. Custom workflow analysis and implementation are separate services.
Everyone leaves having used it themselves, with a clear sense of where it fits into your business and what a managed setup could look like.

What happens during the included monthly coaching hour?
We work on your actual tasks. Bring a real quote, email, plan, or scheduling headache. We’ll make meaningful progress during the hour and leave you with clear next steps. Some tasks may take additional coaching or separately scoped work.
Can I get more coaching than the included hour?
Yes. Additional one-to-one coaching is available anytime for anyone who wants to move faster. Book a call with Aaron and tell him what you want to cover.
Can you build custom installs or integrations?
Yes. Email, calendar, and messaging can be connected during orientation, and custom installs and integrations are available as separate work. Larger projects, like complex integrations or major migrations, need their own analysis, scoping, and pricing before anything is built.
Can the system run without sending data to the cloud?
