Founding membership

Build something useful. Help shape what comes next.

Founding members work directly with Aaron to put Resident Wizard to use in their own businesses. Your experience helps us understand what works, what needs improvement, and where better tools are needed.

This program is for people who want to use their system regularly, share honest feedback, and help us learn from the work they actually do.

What you receive

  • $200/month for as long as your founding membership remains active — grandfathered pricing, as a thank-you for supporting Resident Wizard early.
  • One hour of private coaching with Aaron each month for your first 18 months.
  • Setup, hosting, and routine maintenance through Resident Wizard.
  • AI usage billed separately through your own provider account.

We use the coaching sessions to work on your priorities and learn from the process together. Larger custom projects and additional coaching are separately scoped and priced.

Who we’re looking for

You’re actively involved in your business and connected to peers in your industry. You’re willing to use your system, bring real tasks into our sessions, and tell us candidly what helps and what doesn’t.

Show us the recurring frustrations, workarounds, and jobs you keep putting off. You don’t need to arrive with a product idea — we’ll explore the opportunities together.

When the service has been useful, we welcome introductions to peers you believe it could help. There is no referral quota or requirement to make a public endorsement.

How participation works

  1. Tell Aaron about your business.

    Describe the work you do and one recurring frustration you’d like to improve.

  2. Have a conversation.

    Discuss fit, the program expectations, and what a useful starting point might be.

  3. Work together and share feedback.

    Use the system between sessions and bring practical observations back to the monthly call.

Admission is selective and confirmed by Aaron. Scheduling a call is not enrollment and does not itself establish program terms.

Questions

Do I need to bring in a certain number of customers?

No. We welcome relevant introductions when you genuinely think Resident Wizard would help someone. The core expectation is active participation and candid feedback.

Is research time separate from my coaching?

We learn through the work we do together during your monthly session. Any request for additional research time will be discussed separately.

Will my business information be used publicly?

We’ll ask your permission before publishing a story, testimonial, or identifiable example from your business. Participation does not require a public endorsement or permission to publish your business materials.

What happens after 18 months?

Your $200/month price stays with you for as long as your founding membership remains active — grandfathered pricing, as the founding-member thank-you. If you cancel, rejoining happens at the then-current price. Hosting and maintenance continue as usual, and further coaching with Aaron is available as paid coaching whenever you want to develop the system further.
